Embossed Creamware Jug

This jug probably dates to the firtst half of the twentieth century and while it is unmarked it was probably made in England.  The pattern on the jug features a rose and also thistle flowers and foliage.

There are a few scuff marks and a small chip to the rim of the jug adjacent to the handle, but it is otherwise in good condition.

Would make a good receptacle for flowers.
