How much is delivery?

UK Delivery

Estimated delivery times:
Standard Delivery: 3 to 5 business days
Express Delivery: 1 to 2 business days

All deliveries are insured during transit and you will automatically receive shipment notification and/or tracking details upon dispatch of your parcel. Our preferred carriers/services for Express Shipping are: DPD and Royal Mail Special Delivery. Vintage watches are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

International delivery

International delivery times – 5 to 10 days

All items are tracked and insured during transit. Tracking details will be forwarded to you upon dispatch of your parcel. Please note that large or heavy orders may be subject to an additional charge.

Vintage Watch Delivery
Please note that vintage watches can only be sent to the cardholder’s registered billing address, unless arrangements have been made with us. Watches are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery or Courier and are insured during transit. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as the watch is dispatched. Vintage Watches sent internationally are dispatched via DHL, Fedex or UPS.

Do you gift wrap?

If you’re sending a present, add a personal touch by choosing a gift option.

How do I pay?

When you’ve finished shopping, simply navigate to the shopping trolley icon at the top right-hand side of the screen. We accept most major credit & debit cards including Visa, AMEX and Master Card, our website also supports Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal. Apple Pay and Google Pay options are only displayed when your registered device/browser is being used. Payments made via credit/debit cards, Apple Pay & Google Pay are handled by Stripe, payments made via Paypal are handled directly by Paypal.

Is it secure?

We take your security and privacy seriously. Our web pages are secured via https protocol and your connection to our website is secured and encrypted with modern cryptography. We make every effort to protect the privacy of our visitors and customers and will not ask for personal details that are not required as part of your transaction. Any personal data collected by us online will be safely and securely stored and not shared with any third party with the exception of shipping information required by the courier appointed to deliver your order.

I need to return something

We very much hope that you will be pleased with your purchases from Black Bough, however, you may return any item within 14 days as long as the goods remain in unused condition. Any vintage watches returned to us must be securely packaged and insured during transit. Please note that, unfortunately, we cannot reimburse the cost of return postage/insurance costs and we therefore recommend proof of postage is retained. Please note that international shipping charges cannot be refunded in the event of a return.

Black Bough Ltd is registered in England with Company Number: 10627253. We (Black Bough) comply with the Data Protection Act 1998, and electronic communications will be made in accordance with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), 2018. We collect the personal data that you may volunteer as part of placing an order or when signing up to receive one of our newsletters.

Personal information we collect may include: Your title and full name, Billing/Delivery Address, Email address, Phone number. We will also collect and hold information about any contact you have with us as a customer or visitor to Black Bough, and this may include: details of correspondence sent to you or received from you; any other information provided by yourself at the request of Black Bough; purchases you have made at Black Bough.

When we ask you to provide your personal information we will let you know why we are asking, and how we will use your data, by directing you towards this notice. Depending on your relationship with Black Bough, and the preferences you have indicated, data we hold may be used by us for the following purposes: to send you promotional or marketing information by post or electronic means. We use a GDPR compliant marketing automation platform (MailChimp) to store our database, send you emails and host our e-news signup forms. We protect your personal information and adhere to all current data protection act legislation with respect to protecting privacy. We do not give out, sell or trade our mailing list data with third parties. The information you provide will be used to keep you informed about the activities of Black Bough and to process your purchases.
