Railway Building – Train Hangar

This model railway building would have been sold originally in a kit form and the original purchaser (or recipient) would then have put and glued together the sections to create the structure.

While these were sold as the preserve of the model railway enthusiast they are as interesting to those of us interested in architecture and miniaturisation. Would look great on a shelf or mantelpiece. It is made from cardboard and has had some amendments in the form of modellers vegetation  – and mis-application of superglue to the roof.
