A lady’s 18ct yellow gold manually wound rectangular wristwatch

A very fine lady’s wristwatch, this Vacheron Constantin dates to the mid-1970s. The 20-jewel manually wound movement is beautifully finished with Geneva stripes and the watch is cased in 18ct yellow gold. The watch is fitted with its original black crocodile leather Vacheron Constantin strap with 18ct gold pin buckle.
