A very fine lady’s wristwatch, this Vacheron Constantin dates to the mid-1970s. The 20-jewel manually wound movement is beautifully finished with Geneva stripes and the watch is cased in 18ct yellow gold. This watch is fitted with its original black crocodile leather Vacheron Constantin strap with 18ct gold pin buckle.
