The book then moves through exercise, a well stocked bathroom cabinet, smarter working care of an interview with Virgil Abloh and ways to practice self care and how to successfully chill out. There are also recipes gleaned from what top chefs eat at home and guidelines for how to appear wise in a meeting: do say “It’s great, but is it scalable?” don’t say Sorry, I zoned out for a second.”
