Six Crowns – Paper Kit
I am a Christmas hat shirker. The moment a cracker is pulled and the pressure to put on the tissue paper hat crops up I can find a myriad of reasons not to comply. Call me curmudgeonly.
However, I would happily don one of Cambridge Imprint’s crowns. Not exclusively for Christmas, any event where a crown is appropriate attire!
There are 6 hats in the pack which you have to make yourself. In my book this too is a positive thing, a little bit of crafting never goes amiss. There are 3 sheets of card concertina folded in the pack, each sheet needs to be cut in two along the dotted lines (I used a knife, you can use scissors) and it can then be sellotaped together to provide a perfect fit no matter how big, or small, the head of the designated recipient!
The crowns are differing heights once made up and truly magnificent, though if you have low doorways you may have to stoop to retain the crown in place as you pass under the section of lower head height.
Made in England from 90 gsm matte, uncoated responsibly sourced paper, printed with vegetable oil-based ink in hand-mixed colours. There is no glue, plastic or metal in the paperchain itself or the packaging: the entire product is fully biodegradable and recyclable
