An especially handsome Oysterdate model, this Rolex watch has a silk matt silvered dial that is in lovely condition with a good lustre and a smart numeral configuration. The date alternates between red and black numbering with its so-called ‘roulette’ date wheel – a popular feature of the early Oysterdate models. The stainless steel case has a pronounced, broadly chamfered bezel with smooth finish and the typical screw-down Rolex crown and case back.
This is vintage Rolex styling at its absolute best and examples of models such as this are becoming increasingly hard to find in good original condition.
