Rolex Oyster Precision Ref. 6427 steel vintage wristwatch dated 1959
A stainless steel manually wound centre seconds wristwatch
This classic and very attractive manually wound Oyster wristwatch is date stamped for 1959. The silvered dial has a silk matte finish with a light patina that is warm in tone. There are raised, faceted, dagger shaped indexes and Alpha shaped hands which are typical of the 1950s period. Cased in stainless steel, the watch is fitted with a Rolex Oyster bracelet made for the USA market with sprung links.
As part of this watch’s service it has been pressure tested for water-resistance for depths up to 100m.
