Railway Building – Factory Building with Chimney

This model railway building would have been sold originally in a kit form and the original purchaser (or recipient) would then have put and glued together the sections to create the structure.

While these were sold as the preserve of the model railway enthusiast they are as interesting to those of us interested in architecture and miniaturisation. Would look great on a shelf or mantelpiece. It is made from cardboard.

This factory building has a relatively small footprint but it compensates for that with a towering chimney.
