Kate’s Flowers – Winifred Nicholson
Winifred Nicholson was a prolific painter across her whole life (1893-1981). Many of her paintings feature still lives in front of a window, often with flowers front and centre. This painting was made in her Parisian flat, overlooking the Seine, where she lived in the 1930s.
The flowers in question were picked by her daughter, Kate, who also became a painter.
The cards is blank inside and comes with an accompanying envelope.
