Omega Ref. 928 hallmarked 1961-62
A 9ct gold manually wound centre seconds vintage wristwatch
A classic and smart gold Omega wristwatch, this Ref. 928 model is hallmarked for 1961-62. The dial has a silk-matt silvered finish with applied gold hour indexes. There is a good lustre to the dial surface and a couple of small scratches towards the centre. Manually wound, the watch is powered by the 17 jewel Omega calibre 285.
We have fitted this watch with a black suede Osiris Nubuk strap and this is accompanied by a gold Omega pin buckle (the tongue of which has been replaced with a gilded pin).
