Omega Genève Ref. 135.041 steel vintage wristwatch, circa 1968
A stainless steel manually wound tonneau form centre seconds wristwatch
Ref. 135.041 was introduced by Omega in 1968. The steel tonneau form case has a brushed finish to the top which compliments the satin finish of the sunburst patterned dial. This version of the model features a relatively rare dial variant with a combination of raised Arabic and baton indexes – the vast majority of examples of this model featured straight baton indexes only. The baton indexes are placed slightly further towards the dial centre than on standard versions of this model with a clear separation between the markers and the luminescent dots which sit above them, this forms the baton indexes into the shape of an exclamation mark. This watch is fitted with its original stainless steel Omega Milanese bracelet with adjustable folding clasp. Please note that the bracelet is quite long (min. 190mm max 205mm.) however, the bracelet is detachable and we can supply the watch with an additional leather strap or one of our fully adjustable Milanese bracelets if preferred.
