A stainless steel manually wound centre seconds wristwatch with two-tone dial

This is a superb example of the ‘Silver Arrow’ model that remains in outstanding condition for its age. The dial has a wonderful lustre and highly effective two-toning, in the form of a mirror finished ring that separates the applied indexes from the outer seconds track. The stainless steel case retains excellent definition to the angles and edges and the elongated lugs have very attractive, flared, faceted edges.

Longines manually wound calibre 23ZS movement, lever escapement, 17 jewels, compensation balance, 18,000 BPH, Incabloc shock absorber; two-tone silvered dial, applied faceted/ridged baton numerals, luminescent dots carried above within mirror finished outer ring, luminescent hands (please note that luminescence will have naturally dulled with age), outer seconds track; stainless steel case with faceted lugs, polished chamfered bezel, screw-down case back, Longines winding crown; case, dial, movement and crown signed.
