A great looking vintage Longines model, this Ref. 8888 has a case diameter of 35mm. The silvered dial retains an excellent lustre and has raised Arabic and polished incised baton hour indexes. The case retains good definition with clear chamfers to the edges of the lugs and the slim bezel increases the dial’s perceived size.
The Longines Archives confirm that this watch was originally invoiced to their UK agent Baume, on 8 February 1965.
