Description
This Longines wristwatch is handsomely configured with combination Arabic and faceted triangular indexes. Measuring 35.5mm in diameter, the watch is relatively large for the period of production and the substantial stainless steel case has a faceted bezel, down-turned lugs with fluted sides and a deeply-set, double chamfered case back. The dial has a warm and even patina with very light spotting.
The Longines Archives confirm that this watch was originally invoiced to their UK agent Baume, on 19 May 1959.
