Description
No. 9079584 Cal. 23ZS
This rare Longines wristwatch has a 35mm diameter case with faceted bezel and unusual flame-form lugs. The two-tone sectored dial is especially noteworthy with its clear quartered delineation which changes and alters in tone as the watch is moved. The gilded hour indexes and dauphine hands have a rich tone and this is carried through to the pearled minute track at the edge of the dial.
The Longines Archives confirm that this watch was originally manufactured in 1954.
