A stainless steel manually wound tonneau form wristwatch with unusual hack feature 

The watch incorporates Longines’ calibre 6942 which has an unusual hack feature – when the crown is pulled out to the hand setting position, the seconds hand will stop when it reaches the 12 o’clock position, the user can then push the crown back in upon a time signal or when synchronising to another timepiece and the seconds hand will start immediately.

In good overall condition, the case is unpolished and retains crisp definition to its angles and edges, there are some light scuffs to the upper body and light scratches to the case back.

[M] Longines calibre 6942 manually wound movement with hack feature, lever escapement, 17 jewels, mono-metallic balance, 28,800 BPH, Kif shock absorber [D] silvered dial, raised baton hour indexes with black inserts, black track for minutes/seconds, inner luminous rectangles at the quarters, the baton hands with matching black and luminescent panels, centre seconds [C] stainless steel tonneau form case, the solid upper body with polished finish and satin finished bezel, screw-down case back with multi-faceted rim, Longines winding crown [S] case, dial, movement and crown signed
