John Derian Sticker Book
This is the very grown up version of the glittery padded sticker collections that you might find half used in the rooms of children of a certain age. Neither is it the sticker book that is the preserve of those QVC style channels that seem to have a constant stream of paper crafting projects whereby you are encouraged to layer up one piece of card on top of another until there is zero chance of the thing fitting in a regular envelope . . . . I might find that particular style of tv programming slightly addictive!
Instead it is a sticker book from the magnificent archive of John Derian the New York designer whose interest in 18th and 19th Century prints has informed his range of homewares. We already stock jigsaws from his studio as well as some notebooks and giftwrap.
There are over 700 stickers in this book, some of them are the full sheet of the page and other pages have multiple smaller stickers on the one page.
You could plaster these over all sorts of surfaces. I stuck an owl on a laptop case but am also tempted to adorn plain paper wrapped presents with them as well. It would also make a good gift.
