David Penney is an Antiquarian Horologist who has spent 50 years studying, writing and lecturing on antique watches. David has acted as a dealer and consultant to various private collectors and museums worldwide and is also renowned for his technical horological illustrations which have featured in many publications, including both the 1982 and 1988 Patek Philippe books on watches and wristwatches written by Martin Huber & Alan Banbery.
