Dartmouth Ref. 67A Vase – Green

The form of this vase is one that is found referenced by lots of different British ceramic companies since the first revival of it by Wedgwood. They were inspired by campana form pieces from Rome.

This version is by Dartmouth Pottery and was made in the 1950s or 60s.

The olive green glaze colour from that period works with this classical shape surprisingly well and means that a colour that might otherwise make a vessel appear dated means that it appears fresh and stylish. This shape of vase is the perfect foil for lots of flowers.

In good condition with no chips or cracks.
