Dartmouth Pottery Campana Vase

This campana form vase was made by Dartmouth Pottery, probably at some point in the 1950s. Dartmouth Pottery was founded in the late 1940s and they made various decorative wares as well as revitialising the production of glug (or gluggle ) jugs.

This handsomely proportioned vase takes its form from the classic campana shape. The glaze is a rich creamy off-white colour. It looks handsome with or without flowers.

In good condition with no chips or cracks, some crazing to the glaze.
