Vintage Stoneware Bottles
These stoneware bottles were probably made in the 19th Century and at one point probably housed ink. They were made with no finesse, but that is something that is in their favour. The forms are similar but not identical and they make a very good vessel for a single stem of flowers and can be arranged in different groupings or simply on their own.
I have seen them used to great effect along the central length of a long table or grouped in twos or threes on a window cill or mantelpiece.
