Description
These keyrings are inspired by one of our favourite vintage watch designs. Dating to the 1930s, the dial’s format can be found on watches by a number of different Swiss brands. The dials are usually composed of a gold or gilded dial plate which has a black lacquered surface. During production of these dials, the areas for the minute track and circular numerals are ‘masked’ so that the dial plate shines through in these areas. Watches with these dials almost always have circular-shaped cases with flat stepped bezels and concealed lugs. An example of a Universal wristwatch in this design can be found on our website here: Universal ‘Prince’
Made in England, the leather fob is fully stitched around the edge and features the watch design impressed with a gold foil die to one side, the other side is plain. The split rings are designed to accommodate standard any standard key.
